Our return policy is applicable to both international & domestic level purchases.

Period

We accept the return products within 7 days of products’ delivery date. In case, if you return it after 7 days, we will not accept it. So kindly return the products within 7 days. In case there is some defect or damage or loss parts in product so the customer has to contact us within 48 hours after the delivery with the image of the parcel or product for proof after 48 hours if the customer contacts us than no exchange or refund of the product will take place as per our policy .

Please note that some items can't be returned.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Only send to the address that our customer service provides you.

The original shipping fee and other transporting cost are non-refundable.

For the returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a store credit after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.

Conditions

Products have to be in its original conditions as they were delivered to you. We will not accept the products in below conditions.

  1. If products were used
  2. With any scratches on products
  3. With any change in products
  4. Damaged products
  5. All Tags are removed 

Return charges

Products return charges (especially return shipping charges) has to be paid by buyers.

Eligibility

After verifying for the conditions of the products as mentioned in above, we will confirm your refund product eligibility.

Mode of Refund Payment

Funds will be transferred to you via same way as you have selected to purchase.

Exchange -

Return & Pick up

We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. unless a mistake is made by GLOWKAA.
